We have lived here 1 and 1/2 years now roughly (2 people) and have been very impressed with the community here. Their maintenance has been great and have been very helpful and professional. We had a couple of appliances go out so far, range/oven and washer/dryer (twice). They came in a timely manner and were always polite and knocked and announced that they were with maintenance before entry (or called our cell phone first). They fixed what we needed so we could resume cooking and washing lol. The front desk staff has changed hands a few times in the time we've been here, but so far all people working have been friendly and great help. Our only complaint is that we wish the appliances in the unit were a bit higher quality. And - we wish their pool was heated. We have felt our time here so far is well worth the value.
This is a really nice place to live. The amenities are great and staff are really friendly. We live in a 3 bedroom and there is plenty of room for all of us. My wife and I enjoy using the fitness center and the kids love going to the saltwater pool. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking in the area.
We moved in about a year ago and have loved every minute of living here. Caitlyn from the office went above and beyond for us every step of the way! We previously lived at The Reserve at Ridgewood Plantation and it does not even compare to The Lively. Caitlyn helped us transition into our new place with ease and peace of mind. She thoroughly goes over everything you need and makes sure your happy and stress free. We haven’t had to call maintenance for anything in the last year, the landscaping is kept up every week, if not twice a week! Plenty of amenities, they also have a car wash on site! Everything is very well maintained but my favorite part was our leasing agent. She is simply the best. If you have the chance to work with Caitlyn, I highly recommend her and The Lively. When I first came to Myrtle Beach I had done a lot of research....I CHOSE THE LIVELY AT CAROLINA FORREST ....I LOVED MY CHOICE AT THAT TIME...I HAVE BEEN HERE FOUR YEARS...LAST YEAR ANOTHER COMPANY BOUGHT THE LIVELY, AND SADLY THE LAURENT OF CAROLINA FORREST HAS CHANGED DRASTICALLY, FOR THE WORSE....I WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND THE LAURENT OF CAROLINA FORREST!!!!
